“A Delayed Decision, a Valuable Leadership Lesson”
Coming out of Final Challenge 1, Ms. Pham Hang – Senior Quality Manager at Adidas and an MBA Talent participant, Class of 2024 – recognized something that isn’t always easy to see in oneself.
From feedback given by the investors, she realized that if she could go back to the starting point, the one thing she would do differently is act more decisively on investment decisions, while presenting a clear, concrete strategy from the very beginning.
