The mission of MBA Talent

MBA Talent is a Vietnamese leadership development model initiated by ISB & Western Sydney University (Australia) since 2014. For progressive middle managers with at least five years of experience working in MNCs and major Vietnamese enterprises, MBA Talent offers a comprehensive training model designed to develop C-level executives.

Candidates must meet stringent criteria and pass 3 competitive selection rounds. Over the course of two years, students gain substantial knowledge and tackle practical business cases intended by Industry leaders to prepare them for leader roles. The curriculum emphasizes real-world applications and promotes personal and professional development.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a Master of Business Administration degree issued by Western Sydney University (Australia) along with a certificate of completion for the MBA Talent Program issued by ISB.

THE VALUE OF EACH SCHOLARSHIP: US$7,200 – US$14,400

(EQUIVALENT TO 50% – 100% OF TUTION FEES)

THE TOTAL VALUE OF SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED HAS EXCEEDED US$2,000,000.
