The mission of MBA Talent

For progressive middle managers in multinational corporations and major Vietnamese enterprises, MBA Talent is a comprehensive training program designed to cultivate talented C-level executives. The program combines the strong academic foundation of Western Sydney University and the ISB.IEI Institute, with real-world business cases developed by the PSO Institute, empowers students to skillfully apply modern leadership knowledge to complex business scenarios.

Candidates must meet stringent criteria and pass 3 competitive selection rounds. Over the course of two years, students gain substantial knowledge and tackle practical business cases intended by Industry leaders to prepare them for leader roles. The curriculum emphasizes real-world applications and promotes personal and professional development.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a Master of Business Administration degree issued by Western Sydney University (Australia) along with a certificate of completion for the MBA Talent Program issued by PSO.

THE VALUE OF EACH SCHOLARSHIP IS EQUIVALENT TO 25% – 50% – 100% OF TUTION FEES
